We work in the legal space by providing medico/psycho-legal services to attorneys.
Using information gathered from the interview with the claimant, psychometric assessments, employment studies, remuneration information, and trends in the labour market along with our experience in human resources management, we provide a comprehensive employability report. We work in the following spaces:
Road Accidents
For claimants who have been injured in a road accident, including drivers, passengers, motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians
Medical Negligence
For claimants who have experienced medical malpractice including prescription errors, hospital or emergency room negligence, misread medical scans, as well as diagnosis and treatment delays and malpractice
Loss of Support Claims
For claimants who have lost a parent or bread winner who was responsible for supporting the claimant financially
Injuries at Work
For claimants who have been injured at their place of work, including accidents due to faulty machinery or equipment, lack of training or supervision, lack of protective safety equipment or unsafe premises.
Unlawful Arrest Assault
For claimants who have been wrongfully arrested or injured due to the use of unreasonable force by the police
Divorce
For claimants who are going through a legal separation and require maintenance assessments in divorce proceedings
This is our process:

- The referring attorney sends us a letter of instruction
- Our fees and payment terms will be provided
- We assess the claimant (duration is 1 to 2 hours)
- We provide a loss of income report within agreed timelines
- We are available to give expert witness in court
